Alex Deucher sent in some early fixes for the AMDGPU kernel driver for the Linux 4.7 merge window.

There is a lot of AMDGPU feature improvements for Linux 4.7, but now the focus is on stabilizing this new code for kernel. Alex Deucher sent in more fixes yesterday for the AMDGPU driver in making the new code ready to shine.

First, this latest DRM pull request does contain the new Polaris PCI IDs and golden setting updates talked about a few days ago. So that will all be in Linux 4.7.

Also notable to this pull request are still more AMDGPU PowerPlay fixes to help with the re-clocking situation. This latest round of PowerPlay fixes seem to be primarily targeted at Tonga and Fiji.

Lastly, there's miscellaneous other bug fixes. More details via the PR.
