Gentoo-Based Calculate Linux Finally Switches To KDE Plasma 5

Version 15.17 of the Gentoo-based Calculate Linux distribution was released this past week.

With Calculate 15.17, the Calculate Linux Desktop was updated to KDE Frameworks 5 / KDE Plasma 5. This latest release is now making use of Plasma 5.6.4.

Calculate Linux 15.17 also features faster XZ compression for multi-core systems, XZ is now used for the kernel's initramfs and compressing the kernel/modules, Python 3.4 is now the default Py implementation, and many other changes.
