Cavium's ThunderX ARM 64-bit processors are now formally supported by the LLVM compiler stack.

The ThunderX, ThunderX T81, ThunderX T83, and ThunderX T88 are now formally supported by the LLVM AArch64 code.

Support for these ThunderX processors were added to LLVM using the thunderx, thunderxt88, thunderxt81, and thunderxt88 CPU names. The work does include scheduling support for these ThunderX ARM64 CPUs.
