Over the summer I wrote about DirectFB.org disappearing with no signs of what happened to the project. Fortunately, while DirectFB.org remains M.I.A., the code has appeared on GitHub.

A Phoronix reader pointed out this morning that for those interested in DirectFB, the code is on GitHub. This repository is being maintained by DirectFB lead developer Denis Oliver Kropp. DirectFB.org is meanwhile still not resolving and there's no signs of any other fundamental project changes.

Also on GitHub is DirectFB's Flux interface description language and Fusion module.
