Enlightenment EFL Libraries 1.15 Released

The Enlightenment team has announced a major update to their Enlightenment Foundation Libraries.

EFL 1.15 has updates to the Wayland-shm code, Evas fixes, support for v5 of the XDG-Shell protocol, Windows support improvements, and other changes.
