Enlightenment EFL 1.13 Released

Version 1.13 of the Enlightenment Foundation Libraries is now available.

EFL 1.13 was developed over the past three months and features Elocation as a convenience geo-location library, Elua improvements to ultimately become of use to other areas of EFL, export/import support in Evas 3D for the PLY file format as used by Blender, aimage alpha mask support for Evas, many Wayland support changes, and a wide variety of other work.
