The Wayland Issues Still Ahead Of Fedora 24

Back in January was a look at How Close Fedora Is To Switching To Wayland By Default while this week is an update about the issues still blocking Wayland from becoming the default for the next Fedora Linux release.

Among the items that are being discussed as still potential blockers include tablet support and protocols, input methods, on-screen keyboard functionality, and accessibility features.

Nothing firm has been decided yet for Wayland on Fedora 24 by default, but the latest discussion about it this week can be found via this mailing list thread.
