Adam Williamson of the Fedora QA team has sent out a list of the bugs currently outstanding that could block the Fedora 25 release from happening on its current schedule should they not be fixed in time.

There are five bugs currently considered F25 blockers and include a problem with python-blivet (but seems a fix is pending), a GNOME Shell global menu issue, a libblockdev issue relating to RAID discovery, KDE doesn't start if the hostname changes during boot, and SDDM user switching doesn't work but freezes the desktop - another KDE problem.

The list of these current Fedora 25 blocker bug issues can be seen here. Hopefully they're sorted out soon and nothing else major comes up to delay the release.

Fedora 25 is currently scheduled to go into its final freeze on 1 November while the official release is slated for 15 November. Quite exciting with Wayland still being the default!
