Flatpak 0.6.13 Released With Many Changes

Flatpak 0.6.13 is now available as the latest big release of this app sandboxing tech for the Linux desktop previously known as XDG-App.

Flatpak 0.6.13 has various command line argument changes, run-time dependencies are now checked/downloaded as would be expected, remote-add and install now works with remote URIs, Flatpak can now launch run-times directly, builder improvements, and a wide array of other changes.
