Window/Menu Positioning Improvements For GTK+ On Wayland/Mir

Red Hat's Jonas Ådahl has shared work being done to the GTK+ toolkit for avoiding global window positions for tooltips/menus/popovers and instead refactor it down to GDK and allow relative positioning.

The GTK/GDK positioning work is, of course, being driven by Mir and Wayland. GTK's own pop-up menus have already been ported to the new code while there are functions available so custom widgets can also make use of the new features. There is currently proof-of-concept support in the Mir back-end and work going on with the Wayland back-end.
