GTK+ 3.89.4 Released With More Vulkan Work, Wayland Fixes

Matthias Clasen has issued the newest GTK4 development release with more feature work.

GTK+ 3.89.4 is now available as the latest GTK4 development release. The GTK 3.89.4 update includes more clipping support with the Vulkan back-end, widgets except top-levels are now visible by default, style properties have been dropped, and other API changes. There is also a few Wayland fixes, ensuring GTK4 builds and works on Windows with MSVC, and a variety of other bug fixes and translation updates.
