For users of "Gallium3D Nine", the state tracker providing Direct3D 9 API support within Mesa, there's a number of fixes that were pushed into Git this morning.

Axel Davy continues leading the advancement of the "Nine" state tracker with most of the 27 patches landing today being attributed to him. These many "st/nine" changes come down to fixing various issues that have been affecting this state tracker that leads to better performance for many Linux gamers still running Windows under Wine with Gallium3D. Wine still hasn't accepted the patches upstream for making use of this state tracker, so those interested still need to resort to using modified builds of Wine.

Those wishing to more closely look at the fixes that have been going into this Gallium3D state tracker, you can look at the flow of patches via the Mesa CGit interface.
