Chromium 44 Beta Brings Improved Notifications, ES6 Additions

The latest version of Google's Chrome/Chromium web-browser is now in beta for its upcoming v44 release.

The Chrome 44 Beta release brings improved notification capabilities (support for notifications even after a web-page has been closed, via opt-in), promoted add to homescreen improvements, JavaScript ES6 computed property names support, Push API improvements, other ES6 improvements, and much more.
