The work on supporting shaderFloat64 within Intel's "ANV" Mesa driver is now complete and merged into Mesa Git.

The shaderFloat64 device feature is for exposing support for 64-bit floats data type and similar to the ARB_gpu_shader_fp64 extension in OpenGL.

With the latest Git, this Float64 support for the Intel Vulkan driver has been merged and currently supported for Broadwell "Gen8" graphics hardware and newer.

For the past few weeks these Float64 ANV patches have been floating on the mailing list.
