Timothy Arceri has now fully-finished up the work on ARB_arrays_of_arrays OpenGL support for the Intel Mesa driver.

Arceri had been working on ARB_arrays_of_arrays support for the past two years as part of a crowd-funded OpenGL extension. Arrays of Arrays are needed for OpenGL 4.3 support.

As of a few weeks ago the code was getting finished and landing in mainline. Over the night, ARB_arrays_of_arrays is enabled for the Intel i965 DRI driver and is marked as done for the Intel DRI driver.
