Intel has published some documentation concerning the compute architecture for the Intel Skylake "Gen9" hardware.

In preparation for Intel's IDF 2015 conference, Intel published "The Compute Architecture of Intel Processor Graphics Gen9."

If you wish to go read about the technical brief on the compute architecture for Intel's latest processors, go see the PDF. This isn't any programming documentation but just a 21 page brief on the architecture.
