Intel's open-source XenGT project that provides a mediated graphics passthrough stack for Intel GVT-g for Xen is now out with its quarterly feature update.

XenGT provides full GPU virtualization with mediated pass-through support so each Xen VM has a virtual GPU instance and can run the native graphics driver inside a VM.

With the Intel XenGT 2016Q3 update, there is preliminary support for 7th Generation Core CPUs (Kaby Lake) as well as Windows 10 Redstone guest support. The Windows 10 guest support is limited to the 64-bit version and there is also preliminary Windows Guest QoS support..

Also with this quarterly update there is display virtualization preliminary support and live migration and save/restore VM support on Broadwell with 2D/3D workloads running.
