KDE Frameworks 5.6.0 was released a few days ago and Plasma 5.2 will be out later this month. Meanwhile, the KDE Applications release is coming out in April.

KDE Applications 15.04 is to feature KDE programs based on either kdelibs4 or KDE Frameworks 5, depending upon the maintainer's decision and the state of the KF5 porting. It's by the end of the year that most KDE Applications should be ported to KDE Frameworks 5 and Qt5.

The KDE Applications 15.04 release is currently scheduled to happen on 15 April. Leading up the KDE Applications 15.04 release is the message/API/dependency/feature/artwork freeze on 25 February, three KDE Applications 15.04 in March, and the KDE Applications 15.04 Release Candidate on 25 March.

Monthly KDE Applications 15.04.x point releases are expected monthly at least through June.

The KDE Applications 15.04 release schedule can be found via Techbase.KDE.org.
