KDE's Breeze icon package is finished in the sense that every Oxygen icon from their repository has been made available within Breeze.

During the recent KDE sprint in Randa, Switzerland, 1,600 new icons were made that lands the grand total at 4,780 Breeze icons.

The changes are in the KDE Plasma 5.4 branch for the next monthly update while the Plasma 5.5 release will add some more of the missing work.
