While there isn't anything new compared to what was already covered on Phoronix earlier this month from the SIGGRAPH graphics conference, The Khronos Group has now published all of their slides, including about Vulkan.

The slides from the 3D BoF, Khronos press briefing, OpenCL BoF, and OpenVX BOF are now all available for public viewing via the Khronos site. Go grab them if you want to go over what was shared and you haven't been following the news or didn't watch their live-streams.

On a semi-related note, a video of the Intel Vulkan demo was recently published online. The Vulkan demo is under Windows which is why I didn't mention it in a separate article, but you can watch it below if interested.
