While LLVM 3.7 is coming for release at the end of August, LLVM 3.6.2 is available as of today for being the newest stable point release.

The LLVM 3.6.2 point release brings bug-fixes for the AMD GPU (R600) back-end as well as the MIPS and 64-bit ARM / AArch64 targets. There is also an important OpenCL fix in this update for ternary operators with a vector condition.

The basic LLVM 3.6.2 details can be found via the release announcement by AMD's Tom Stellard who continues to organize the LLVM compiler point releases.
