Hans Wennborg of Google announced the LLVM 3.7-RC4 tagging today and reaffirmed the expectation that LLVM/Clang 3.7.0 will be released next week.

Over this week's LLVM 3.7-rc3 release are just three fixes plus release note updates.

As mentioned in the -rc4 announcement, the hope is to tag LLVM 3.7.0 tomorrow (Thursday) or Friday and to then officially release it next week.

LLVM 3.7 is set to bring a lot of new functionality and improved features. I'm in the middle of running some new LLVM Clang 3.7 benchmarks to complement all of the daily SVN/Git benchmarking of LLVM C/C++ support done at LinuxBenchmarking.com. LLVM 3.7 should be one great release!
