It's coming later but better than never: LLVM 3.8.1 has been released by AMD's Tom Stellard as the first update to LLVM 3.8.

LLVM 3.8.1 contains various bug-fixes and minor changes to LLVM 3.8 while retaining ABI and ABI compatibility. LLVM 3.8.1 is to serve as an interim release until LLVM 3.9, which is currently planned for release in late August.
