LLVM
For the past number of months the LLVM project has been considering a move from their SVN-based development process to Git with a focus on GitHub. That effort continues moving forward.

The latest in this effort to move from SVN to Git for development is a survey for LLVM developers/stakeholders to better collect their feedback with any concerns over the development workflow, etc.

If you have a stake in LLVM and wish to share your feedback over the likely move to a GitHub-centered development process, see this mailing list post with the Google Forms survey for sharing your thoughts.
