Linux 4.2 Works On More Scheduler Improvements

Alongside his many other pull requests, Ingo Molnar sent in the scheduler changes on Monday for the Linux 4.2 kernel.

Among the scheduler changes with Linux 4.2 are NUMA balancing improvements, deadline scheduler improvements, /proc/sched_debug improvements, and an assortment of other changes.
