Amarok 2.7 Music Player Enters Beta

KDE's Amarok music player is approaching its v2.7 release. The first beta release of Amarok 2.7 is now available.

The major features to Amarok 2.7 include support for the Nepomuk Collection plug-in and statistics synchronization with Last.fm. The Amarok 2.7 features were previously talked about in an earlier Phoronix article.
