CodeWeavers will be giving away their Wine-Based CrossOver software tomorrow for free.

As part of a promotional campaign and in hopes of getting more Americans to vote in next week's presidential election, CodeWeavers decided that on October 31 for 24 hours they will be giving CrossOver copies to "anyone on earth with a computer." The free copy is backed by 12 months of support and product updates.

The press release announcing the 24-hour CrossOver giveaway can be found at CodeWeavers.com. This same one-day giveaway also happened back in 2008.
