Ekiga (formerly known as GnomeMeeting) v2.00 The Oberoi Release has been released. Features for Ekiga v2.00 include full SIP support, full H.323 support, audio and video support, call transfer, call forwarding on busy, basic instant messaging abilities, message waiting indications, better audio and quality support, support for wideband codecs, echo cancellation, easier NAT transversal, improved camera support, improved Video4Linux2, and supports DBUS. This Ekiga release had occurred on the same day that the GNOME v2.14.0 tarballs are due, and the official GNOME v2.14 release is anticipated for tomorrow -- March 15, 2006.
