Wine 1.6-rc4 Fixes 38 Bugs

Another Friday, another Wine 1.6 release candidate.

Wine 1.6 will be released soon, but 1.6-rc4 was released today to incorporate 38 bug-fixes that accumulated over the past week. Details on these new bug-fixes can be found at WineHQ.org. There's no new features as Wine is currently in a code freeze until the official 1.6 release.
