NetBSD 6.1 Moves Close To Release

One month after releasing NetBSD 6.1-RC1, the second release candidate to this first feature update for NetBSD 6 is now available.

NetBSD 6.1 offers new drivers, features, and other improvements over NetBSD 6.0. With 6.1-RC2 are various fixes, updating the time-zone data, and other cures for problems.
