After going into alpha form in July, MythTV 0.27 is now up to its release candidate stage.

Going into the MythTV code-base now until the v0.27 release will just be bug-fixes, but the 0.27 release does have a host of new features, as covered in an earlier Phoronix article Among the MythTV 0.27 features are support for MythMusic Radio Streaming, support for themed menus, a notification center, AirPlay photo sharing, and more.

Details on today's MythTV 0.27 Release Candidate can be found via the MythTV.org news.
