The Qt for Tizen open-source project to bring the tool-kit to the open-source Tizen operating system is gaining ground and is now up to its third release.

Qt for Tizen Alpha 3 is now following Tizen 2.2, the next version of the Linux operating system under development. This Qt Tizen update now has support for features like theming with Tizen 2.2.

Other Qt for Tizen Alpha 3 features include advancements in the Qt Quick Controls, example application improvements, detection support for screen rotation, sensor handling, support for hardware buttons, and much more.
