The latest stable release of Wine is now available for users still relying upon Windows-only software to run on Linux and other operating systems.

Being a Wine 1.6.x point release over the current Wine 1.7 development series, the work in this 1.6.2 release comes down mostly to bug-fixing. There's 36 reported bug-fixes in Wine 1.6.2 over 1.6.1 plus color management support was updated to liblcms v2.
