OpenMW 0.28 Gets Combat AI, Vampirism

Version 0.28 is now available of the open-source engine implementation for Elderscrolls III: Morrowind.

OpenMW 0.28 adds in from Morrowind support for Combat AI, spell casting and magic improvements, vamprisim, mapping improvements, material controllers, vertex morph animation, and a whole lot of fixes.
