The third release candidate to X.Org Server 1.15 is now available and the non-critical bug-fix window is closing in one week's time.

X.Org developers are hoping to ship X.Org Server 1.15 in December as the release introducing Direct Rendering Infrastructure 3, the big GLX rewrite, and other new/changed functionality.

The X.Org Server 1.15 RC3 release (v1.14.99.903) packs in closeto two dozen fixes. In one week the non-critical bug window will be closed during which period for the next few weeks only critical bug-fixes will be accepted. The X.Org Server 1.15 release should be out in December barring no last minute issues.

More details on X.Org Server 1.15 RC3 can be found via the Saturday night release announcement.
