GNOME 3.10 brought support for client-side decorations and with CSD comes a new set of changes to the GTK+ themes. Here's some information from Matthias Clasen should you be a GNOME user and impacted by the changes.

In a new blog post, Matthias Clasen has outlined changes needed to GTK+ themes for the updated GNOME applications that begin to take advantage of client-side decorations. Some may have noticed with certain themes that the Nautilus file manager can't be resized by border or other peculiar differences and this is due to CSS that needs to be updated for the CSD changes.

If you make/modify your own GTK+ themes on GNOME or have been otherwise impacted by the GNOME client-side decoration changes, check out Clasen's blog post.
