The Final Beta Is Out For Ubuntu 14.04 LTS "Trusty Tahr"

The final beta release is out of the upcoming Ubuntu 14.04 "Trusty Tahr" Long-Term Support release.

Ubuntu 14.04 LTS will be released in mid-April and for those that haven't been testing out the daily Live CDs through the development cycle, the final beta is now available. The various Ubuntu Linux derivatives have also been updated for this last beta milestone.

Ardent Phoronix readers should already be well familiar with all of the Ubuntu 14.04 LTS changes but otherwise see the Ubuntu 14.04 release notes and our many Ubuntu 14.04 articles that already is in the dozens and include numerous performance benchmarks of the upcoming Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
