KDE 4.13 RC Applications and Platform Released

The release candidate of the upcoming KDE 4.13 Applications and Platform has been released.

KDE 4.13 introduces some new features though a bulk of the work continues to be focused on KDE Frameworks 5 and Plasma Next. Among the changes are Baloo replacing Nepomuk, C++11/C++1y syntax highlighting for the Kate text editor, Kate D language completion, various other Kate text editor improvements, many updates to the KDE PIM stack, KMail improvements, and many changes to the Palapeli KDE game.

KDE 4.13 is expected to be officially released on 16 April.
