Qt Creator 3.1 RC1 Released, Qt 5.3 Advances

Digia is working hard and fast to get the next version of the Qt5 tool-kit out the door along with their Qt Creator integrated development environment.

Just last week marked the release of the Qt 5.3 beta with Qt 5.3's many improvements and features. Today meanwhile Digia has announced a new Qt 5.3 snapshot. This new version of Qt 5.3 released today offers up various bug-fixes and improvements.

This new snapshot is timed to go alongside the Qt Creator 3.1 Release Candidate, which was announced this morning via Digia's blog. Qt Creator 3.1 RC1 offers up various bug-fixes for issues discovered during the beta testing of this popular programming IDE. The iOS plug-in has also moved out of being experimental and there's a new experimental plugin for WinRT development on Microsoft Windows platforms.
