After yesterday's testing of the GeForce 700 vs. Radeon Rx 200 Series With The Latest Linux Drivers test results were made available, the official Catalyst 14.4 Linux graphics driver was offered up to the public.

This latest Catalyst proprietary driver is supposed to fix certain problems with Steam OS games in low memory environments, Mesa Piglit regression test cases, and other problems since the Catalyst 14.4 RC earlier in the week.

The main feature though of Catalyst 14.4 is the OpenGL 4.4 support. More details on the official Catalyst 14.4 Linux graphics driver release can be found via AMD.com.
