SystemTap 2.5 Supports UEFI/SecureBoot & Other Features

SystemTap 2.5 is now available as the latest version of this open-source Linux software for being like DTrace in being able to dynamically trace and diagnose system issues.

The SystemTap 2.5 release features UEFI/SecureBoot support, boot time probing capabilities, function callee probing, better error messages, better statement probing, and many other new features.

Linux developers interested in this GPL-licensed system probing/tracing software can find the lengthy release change-log for SystemTap 2.5 via the Linux kernel mailing list.
