The second beta release of the applications and platform stack for KDE 4.13 is now available.

One week after the first KDE 4.13 beta and issuing a call for testing, the second KDE 4.13 beta has been officially sanctioned.

This second beta of the applications and development platform have a large number of bug-fixes and other improvements with the API, dependency, and feature freeze now being in full effect.

Early adopters and developers wishing to try out KDE 4.13 Beta 2 can find the official release announcement at KDE.org.

Planned next is a KDE SC 4.13 Beta 3 for next week, a KDE 4.13 release candidate at the end of the month (26 March), and the official KDE SC 4.13 release on 16 April.
