Jolla Releases Its "Ohijärvi" Sailfish Linux Update

Jolla made available today its much anticipated v1.0 update of Sailfish, their mobile Linux distribution running on Wayland and powered by Nokia's former MeeGo code.

The big software update out today is v1.0.4.20 and codenamed Ohijärvi. This update is their fourth big Sailfish update and included landscape mode support for the email / messaging / notes apps, two-way sync with Google Calendar, a renewed Jolla Store experience, export/import data back-up using memory cards, new settings options, and various other new features to the mobile operating system.
