WAYLAND
Following last week's EFL 1.11 release, the Enlightenment Foundation Libraries are back under heavy development.

The latest work committed to EFL worth pointing out is the work by Samsung's Chris Michael that to Ecore_Wayland implemented the IVI Shell support. The IVI Shell is intended for in-vehicle infotainment systems and has been one of the areas where Wayland is doing well and is of interest to vendors. This is also important to Samsung and Enlightenment due to the Tizen IVI project.

The IVI Shell support was added to Enlightenment's Ecore Wayland with this Git commit.
