Mesa 10.3 RC2 Arrives Via Its New Release Manager

The second weekly release candidate for the upcoming Mesa 10.3 is now available.

Mesa 10.3 has many new features and is gearing up for an official release in September. This Sunday's Mesa 10.3 RC2 was delivered by Emil Velikov, the new Mesa release manager.

Over RC1, this latest Mesa 10.3 development build just carries various fixes deemed stable while all new development is centered around Mesa 10.4-devel.
