The last release before Calculate Linux 14 is now available with various updates to the Gentoo-based Linux distribution.

Calculate Linux 13.19 was released this morning and features the Linux 3.14.9 kernel, exFAT file-system support, improved UEFI installation support, the LiveCD installer restores supprt for Btrfs, and there's an assortment of other updates.

Calculate Linux 14 meanwhile is "coming soon" with rewritten assemble/compilation tools, GUI and comand-line updater updates, improved profile support, etc.

Those wishing to learn more about this pleasant Gentoo-based Linux distribution can read all of the 13.19 details via the release announcements. Calculate Linux remains one of my preferred distributions for playing with a Gentoo-like environment in an easy, and quick to deploy manner that is semi-comparable to others for repeatable benchmarking.
