Intel GPU Tools 1.9 Brings Skylake Support

Intel's open-source team on Friday released intel-gpu-tools 1.9 as the latest version of this collection of tools used generally for testing and debugging purposes.

This quarterly update to Intel GPU Tools most notably brings support for Skylake, the late 2015 successor to Broadwell. There's basic Skylake support now within intel-gput-tools along with support for Skylake in quick dump, a new Skylake watermark tool, and other changes.

The intel-gpu-tools 1.9 release also brings new helpers and test cases, Cherryview support improvements, golden state generation infrastructure, new documentation, and other improvements.
