The new HIB games for Halloween are OlliOlli, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, and Tower of Guns. If paying more than the floating average price (currently $5.90) there's also Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, Jazzpunk, Risk of Rain, and other games to be added later. If paying more than the static price of $12 is Shadowrun Returns. Lastly, if paying $65 or more is the Humble Indie Bundle 13 Box O' Treats.

Humble Indie Bundle 13 only launched a short time ago but has already rakled in $118k USD from over 20k purchases. There's two weeks as usual for making these DRM-free, multi-platform purchases that can also be redeemed through Steam.
