LINUX KERNEL
There is a new DRM driver merged into DRM-Next for the Linux 4.10 merge window.

The MXSFB isn't some exciting, huge new driver but rather is just a driver for supporting the LCD controller of the i.MX23/i.MX28/i.MX6SX LCD controller.

This MXS FB DRM driver was created by developer Marek Vasut. This driver can be used in conjunction with the Etnaviv DRM driver on suitable hardware.

More details via the Git merge with just over one thousand lines of new kernel code.
