More Mediatek DRM Display Work Is Coming For Linux 4.8

With the Linux 4.7 kernel there is an initial Mediatek DRM display driver while further improvements to this open-source code are coming for Linux 4.8.

Landing over night in DRM-Next were more Mediatek DRM work. The main user-facing work with this latest pull request is MT8173 HDMI support. HDMI output is now supported via the Mediatek DRM driver with this 3,417 lines of new code.

The MT8173 Cortex-A72/A53 SoC is found in various Android tablets as well as the Amazon Fire TV and more.
